SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Items are shipped through either USPS or UPS. All items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of their completion. If you are ordering a custom piece it may take additional time to create the packaging for shipping, this may also result in a higher shipping cost. As these pieces are extremely fragile extra packaging my be required.

If an item is damaged or broken during shipping, send a photo to Kevin@KevinRydenGlass.com and we can discuss its replacement. As these pieces are one of kind, I will not be able to replace the item exactly as it was, but will work with you to get it as close as possible. All shipping and handling and standard lead-times for the new item will apply.

About Our Policy
Properly maintained, your piece will last for years to come. However, you should be aware that glass is fragile. If using it beyond the item’s intent, breakages can occur and broken glass is a significant injury hazard. To maintain the piece, hand wash only as dishwashers will etch the glass over time. Some cleaning solutions may also etch the glass surfaces causing a haze or even scratch the glass. Use a solution of vinegar and water or commercial glass cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the surface.
Each piece is handcrafted and therefore can not be exactly duplicated. If you are ordering a second piece it will not look exactly like the first. When purchasing something from this site you may not be getting the exact item from the photo but something very similar. I do my very best to provide accurate product details and images of the piece. Digital images that are displayed are as accurate as possible. There may be some difference in color from the image you see on screen and the color of the product you receive due to lighting, screen, surfaces they appear on, the settings, time of day the photo was taken, and filters applied. Glass color “looks” different from natural light to fluorescent light.

Information is requested from you on your order form. To buy, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. If there is trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact you. This information is never sold or shared with outside parties.
Outside shipping companies are used to ship orders, and a credit card processing company is used to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
